Montauk is 11 nautical miles from the house & its edge of land mass can be seen on clear days. While the Montauk lighthouse beacons out nights in the Long Island Sound. One of the bedrooms in this 2-story home is on 1st floor with living, dining, kitchen & full bath. Both of Black Rock’s bathrooms are fresh tile-designed. The kitchen has a bistro feel with walls with French-cut Marazzi tile & bay window looking out to more ocean. The cottage’s kitchen is culinary-ware equipped.
