"We have been fortunate in finding both Phillips Real Estate and the property on Block Island they represent. The house, located on the west side of the island, is called Raphael, and we have rented it for three years and hope to do so many more times in the future. While not "photogenic" from the outside, it provides fantastic water views from the living/dining room, one of the bedrooms, a large side deck, and the expansive lawn.
