Built in 1855, there are low ceilings and steep stairs typical to the year of the house. 2 bedrooms are located in a very simple "bunkhouse." There is a room with a queen bed and a room with 2 twin beds, smaller than the average twin bed.
Rate is inclusive of a mandatory cleaning and trash removal service on a per week basis.
Maximum of 1 dog allowed.

"My family, there are 4 of us, have been staying at the duPont farmhouse off and on for years now. It is our favorite retreat and a place that feels like home. It's not fancy at all, and that suits us fine. It's situated almost at the top of the island, so there's always a lovely breeze, and is surrounded by the beautiful nature of the island. We're big walkers, so really appreciate the several trails right there, especially for picking blackberries. It's just a lovely spot that's at the center of the island, so easy to go wherever we feel like" - repeat renter
